What I do know is this:

it’s fabricated in poland. love that little piece. it actually has an interesting story. check out the pretty similar renault twizzy.
i remember one day walking towards university and i saw SAM and just a few minutes later a twike came across. i was perplex and happy seeing two almost completely strange and modern vehicles at the same moment with the thought’s: well, times really do change.
