… is bound to be fraught with perils. Lacking the sufficient pitch, people are bound to imagine whatever they feel like. And there’s a very good chance that the image they conjure in their heads will be the exact opposite of what you desire.
Tell someone you can use gondolas as transit and they might imagine something like this:
Obviously that’s not the image you want to leave people with. But if you haven’t offered an alternative, that may very well be their first impression.
And as we all know, first impressions are very hard to change.

I think that might be an improvement over the image in many people’s minds. In fact haven’t we discussed the importance of developing gondola vehicles that actually look like serious transit?
